70. John Neff was born on 13 Aug 1799 in Franklin Co., VA. He died on 31 Jul 1883 in Jefferson, Elkhart Co., IN. He was buried in Little Pine Creek Cemetary, Jefferson, Elkhart Co., IN. Previously, we had John as the son of Isaac C. Naff Sr. and Barbara Moyers. There is another John, John Naff, born 9 Oct 1795, died 26 Nov 1871, who married Anna (Nancy) Pefley 19 Jan 1826. It was probably this John that was the son of Isaac and Barbara. For the time being, I have removed the link from John Neff to Issac and Barbara in favor of John Naff. John Neff and Sarah Howry were married on 11 Jan 1827 in Franklin Co., VA.

71. Sarah Howry was born on 8 Jun 1806 in Franklin Co., VA. She died on 8 Mar 1865 in Jefferson, Elkhart Co., IN. She was buried in Little Pine Creek Cemetary, Jefferson, Elkhart Co., IN. She possibly went by Sally. Children were:

	i.	George Neff was born in 1827 in Franklin Co., VA. He died in 1898 in Jefferson, Elkhart Co., IN. He was buried in Little Pine Creek Cemetary, Jefferson, Elkhart Co., IN. OCCUPATION: Reverend.

	iii.	Sarah Neff was born on 11 Dec 1831 in Franklin Co., VA. She died on 12 Jul 1841.
	iv.	Martha Neff was born in 1832 in Franklin Co., VA.
	v.	Rebecca Neff was born in 1835 in OH.
	vi.	John Q. Neff was born on 10 Feb 1838 in Jefferson, Elkhart Co., IN. He died on 21 Feb 1930 in Jefferson, Elkhart Co., IN.
	vii.	Lydia Neff was born in 1843 in Jefferson, Elkhart Co., IN.
	viii.	Isaac Neff was born in 1844 in Jefferson, Elkhart Co., IN.
	ix.	Mary Neff was born in 1847 in Jefferson, Elkhart Co., IN.
