512. David Howell Sr.⁵⁰ was born about Nov 1676 in Mattituck, Suffolk Co., Long Island, NY. He died on 18 Aug 1756 in Southold, Suffolk Co., Long Island, NY. He was buried after 18 Aug 1756 in Mattituck, Suffolk Co., Long Island, NY. He is buried in the cemetary at the Mattituck Presbyterian Church. The maiden names of David's wives are unknown. However, James Peter Howell (1812-1899) states that "Richard married a Parshall, his cousin, supposed to be his mother's brother's daughter." The Richard in this quote refers to David's son. It is feasible, that either David's first or last wife was Mary Parshall b. abt 1679, daughter of James Parshall and Elizabeth Gardiner. I have entered the first wife of David as this Mary Parshall, but that is speculation on my part based on the quote from James Peter Howell. It is also unclear which wives were the mothers of Richard's children. David Howell Sr. and Mary Parshall were married before 1700.

513. Mary Parshall⁵⁰ was born about 1679.⁹¹ She died before 1717. Children were:
