41492. Robert Kerrich226 was born about 1505 in Saxted, Suffolk, ENG. He died BET 27 JAN 1577/78 AND 13 APR 1578 in Beefield, Suffolk, ENG. He was of Bedfield, Suffolk, ENG, and was the testator of 1577/8. His father, in his will, devised to him his dwelling in Saxted and lands in Saxted, Framlingham, Earl-Soham, and Monk-Soham. He was taxed in Bedfield in the subsidies of 1545/6, 1548-50, 1565/6, and 1575/6, and as Robert Kerriche of Bedfield, the elder, he was one of the executors of his father's will. His own will is very long and shows that he belonged to the best class of the yeomanry. Robert Kerrich and (Unknown) were married in 1533 in Saxted, Suffolk, ENG.

41493. (Unknown) was born about 1507. Children were:

John Kerrich was born about 1535. He died after 1591. He was of Saxted, Suffolk, ENG. He is mentioned in his grandfather's will dated 10 Sep 1551. His father, in his will, devised to him lands and houses in Saxted, Earl-Soham, and Framlingham, which had been owned by John's grandfather, bequeathed to him and his daughters household articles, livestock, etc., and appointed him one of his executors. He may be the John Kerrich who was taxed at Monk-Soham in the subsidy of 1565/6. He was taxed at Saxted in the subsidy of 1591/2, but probably removed from that parish as there is no record of his burial there.

Thomas Kerrich was born about 1538. He died before 21 Mar 1624/25. He was buried on 21 Mar 1624/25 in Saxted, Suffolk, ENG. He was of Saxted, Suffolk, ENG, yeoman, and was the testator of 1621/2. He is mentioned in his grandfather's will dated 10 Sep 1551. His father devised to him houses and lands in Bedford and Saxted, including the use and occupation of the farm where the testator then (27 Jan 1577/8) dwelt, and various articles of houshold stuff, livestock, etc., and appointed him one of the executors of the will.

Giles Kerrich was born about 1545. He died after 1577. He was taxed at Ilketshall St. Andrew, Suffolk, ENG, in the subsidy if 1565/6.
